Returns
and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received by us. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 1-2 business days.

Refunds
If you are returning an item for a refund, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days of receiving your item to Green Lion. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card service provider.

Exchanges
