• Any items purchased directly from our Green Lion website or store are covered by a 24-month warranty.
• If you purchase Green Lion products from any of our recognized retailers, they come with a 12-month warranty. To extend this warranty, please visit our website at https://greenlion.net/warranty and complete the form, including your personal details. Also upload a photo of the product. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll send you an email to confirm the extension of your product's warranty.
Warranty Claim Process:
• To start a warranty claim, we'll need a detailed description of the problem from you.
• Green Lion reserves the right to inspect the purchased product to ensure it matches your description before approving any warranty claim.
Shipping & Handling:
• Green Lion manages the return shipping of defective products to the service center for customers in the UAE. These customers won't have to pay for this service during the warranty period, as it's free in the UAE.
• For international orders, customers are required to cover the shipping fees during the warranty period.

• Once your refund is approved, expect to receive it within a timeframe of 7 to 14 days.
• If you used Cash On Delivery as your payment method, a customer service representative will reach out to you to collect your bank details. This will include your account number, IBAN, the name of your bank, and the name written on the card.
Limitations & Customer Responsibilities:
